To buy Argentine design-based products in AlmacenARG you should enter to our marketplace in www.almacenarg.com search in our product categories, choose the products you want to buy and complete your shopping cart.
Then you have to choose the way you want to pay as well as the address and shipping method; finally, confirm your purchase. Afterwards, you will receive an email with the details of your purchase and the tracking information.

If you have a doubt about a product or you wish to ask the entrepreneur a question before purchasing, you can do so on the publication of any product, in the description area. However, if the contact is not there, you can contact support@almacenarg.com and we’ll be happy to help you get in touch with the entrepreneur.
To create an account on almacenARG it’s very simple and it only takes you a few steps. First, click on the “sign in” button, and there you’ll have to choose to receive access code by email.
All you have to do next is enter your mail and send the information. You need to enter the code that was sent to your email and press the “confirm” button on the marketplace.
Once you’ve enter your account, you can go to my account – authentication – password and set a password, if you wish. To do this, we’ll send you another authentication code and after that you’ll be able to enter any password of your choice.

To log in once you’ve successfully registered on our website, you click on the “sign in” button and choose the second option: “sign in with email and password”. Once you’ve completed both fields click on the “sign in” button and you’re ready to start shopping!
PS: if you forgot to set a password to your account, you can ask for a code access and enter your account that way. We recommend having a password nevertheless, as it’s safer and more secure. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can click on the “forgot my password” button that appears when you’re signing in. We’ll send you an access code and once you’ve entered your account go to my account – authentication – password – redefine password.
To do this, we’ll send you another authentication code and after that you’ll be able to enter any password of your choice.
You’ve successfully signed in almacenARG, congrats! Now it’s time to complete your profile.
Go to my account – profile and there you’ll see your personal information. You can edit it by clicking the red button and apart from your name, you can choose what information is relevant. Once you’re done just click “save changes” and you’re ready to go.
To change your address, go to your profile and click on “addresses”. There you can choose to add an address, where you’ll need to enter first your country and zip code; if you don’t know which one it is, simply click on the button “I don’t know my postal code”. Then you can type your address and a name for whom it’ll be the receiver.
To finish, click on the “add address” red button and you’re ready to have your favourite products shipped!
If you need to include business information, click on the “include business fields” button; there you can enter a corporate name, a trade name and a corporate phone if necessary.
If you like a product but you’re not sure to buy it yet or you can’t do it at the moment, you can easily save them on your wishlist so you find them easily later.
Just click on the heart that appears next to the title of the publication and you’ll automatically be saving it in your wishlist; you can go to it by entering my account – wishlist.
The shipping time depends on the zip code you entered to receive your purchase. You can see this delay during the checkout process on the marketplace.
You need to take in consideration that if you order a personalized product, the production time will be added to the shipping time.
For example, if the entrepreneur arranged a 10 days’ production time and the shipping takes about 20 days, it’ll be a 30 days’ total time lapse until you receive the product in the address of your preference.
You can find tracking information in details of your order. If an order includes multiple products, each may have different delivery dates and tracking information.
At the time you confirm your purchase, you choose a place to deliver the products you buy. Therefore, you receive the purchase in the place of your choice.
Once you have confirmed all the shipping information, unfortunately there’s no option for changing the address; therefore, we strongly recommend you check all your personal information before you confirm the purchase.
